The puppy you receive is guaranteed
to be the puppy you have received pictures
of and have gotten information on.
Ø
The puppy is guaranteed to be
healthy, has been inspected by my veterinarian for
any anomalies of the eyes,
ears, bite, skin, joints and has been checked for hernias.
Ø
The guarantee is for the condition
the puppy is in when I ship it to you. Anything that
may come up in the course
of it’s lifetime that is not deemed to be genetic is not covered
by this
guarantee. We suggest you research the breed fully before making the
commitment.
There are things that certain breeds are predispositioned to and
are not necessarily “genetic”.
Breed related, correctable or treatable
conditions that the puppy will likely outgrow, or that
can be treated are not
covered. If anything does come up before the puppy’s first birthday
that is
deemed to be genetic, a licensed veterinarian must contact my veterinarian.
If
the condition is indeed proven to be genetic, we will replace your puppy with
another of the same value. Shipping the puppy back to us will be your
responsibility.

We are not responsible for any bills
relating to the puppy that are not relating to
any genetic anomalies. This
includes vet, grooming, medications etc. If at any time you
are unable to care
for your puppy due to any circumstance we will take it back, with
no refunds
guaranteed, or we can attempt to place it for you. This puppy is
NEVER to go to
a pound or humane society!!!!!

Temperament is guaranteed for one
year, providing you have taken your puppy to,
and successfully completed an
obedience course.
Ø
You are to take your new puppy to
your veterinarian within
three working days of receipt.
